Schmap!!

Anyone heard of Schmap? One of my Flickr photos has been "short-listed for inclusion in the fifth edition of our Schmap Manchester Guide".

There are various terms and conditions which, if I'm reading it correctly, seem to imply that they're not using for their monetary gain, aren't going to pay me, aren't expecting exclusive rights, won't sublicense and will credit me and link to the image.

Anyone heard of them? Shall I allow them to use the image? I can't see any reason why not particularly, unless anyone with more experience can warn me now.
