Cliched Quayside shot

Still digging myself out of a rut, so keeping it safe for a while!

Taken last night beween the blooming rain showers, 4 exposures from 1 raw file (24 secs f11) shoved through photomatix, cropped and sharpened.

Re: Cliched Quayside shot

Nice - I like the blueness of the bridge and its reflection, the car light trails, and the reflections in the water bottom right. Looks like you are on the way out of your rut .

Re: Cliched Quayside shot

Cliched it may be (though I don't personally agree), but nevertheless excellently executed. The spots of blue from the bridge and left and right of the frame, together with the green of the grass really lift the overall vibrancy.

Appreciated comments chaps.

i think the driver who came out of the parking bay bottom left ruined the composition though.

Lovely photograph Tonto
Had the same shot in mind when i drove up there a couple of days ago, parked in this carpark in the bottom left of your photograph, could,nt understand what the geordie carpark attendant was saying to me, kept saying something like `away the lads` thought it might be trouble so drove out there a bit quick
