Which camera mag?

Hi folks.

As I'm starting out in the world of dslr, and have limited knowledge or the intricacies, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a subscription to a mag that may help me with the various facets of modern day photography.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Re: Which camera mag?

Best mag is Digital Photo, each month you get a free disc with Tutorials which helps get to know your software etc.
Check in HERE

Re: Which camera mag?

Thanks gents.

Looks like I can get quite a few tips from the online versions of the mags, possibly without subscribing.

Cheap skate!
There are other threads on what you have raised
Decent Photography Magazines?
Are photo magazines a waste of time.

but the 2 suggestions above are quite helpful
What you miss by using on-line tips are the very handy video tutorials on CD , and the chance to learn from a paper based format without needing to be online ( Although you can just print off those too!)
I would suggest that the methods are complimentary
What may save you money is to browse anytime you wish at say WHsmiths then buy as needed if you dont want to suscribe.

Re: Which camera mag?

I'd recommend Digital Photo mag also, if your after a camera bag there's quite a good offer this month if your willing to take out a subscription to the mag you can get a lowepro mini trecker AW backpack
