Re: recover my photo`s

You say nothing will open them, could you give us an example of what the filenames are like? It sounds like they may be missing the file extensions for some reason. Should hopefully be an easy fix if thats the case

Re: recover my photo`s

.CR2 files are Canon RAW files. Try opening them with the Digital Photo Professional software that you should have with your camera.

Re: recover my photo`s

I think your probably fine with sandisk, have you had any problems with the actual card? I assumed you'd accidentally lost the data?

hi m8 what it is i took some photo`s at our sons school of the kids with santa.
i gave all the photo`s to a friend to dish out as she has 3 sons that go to the school and know`s most of them . she took some to nursery and gave the others to the p.a . a woman stopped me and said her grandson`s photo was not there . i`m sure i only used one flash card so it has to be in the pile that are with the p.a .
but to make sure i wanted to check my other cards that i had wiped because i was going to london and wanted blank cards . if i only used 1 card and i`m sure i did then the photo has to be there . i have just managed to check 1 card and convert the photos from cr2 and open them with dng . and they are from chester zoo . i have managed 99 from 159 the 60 other files have a message saying there was an error parsing the file .

cheers for all the help
