Flickr / Smugmug plugin for Lightroom

I spotted a reference on John Nack's blog (one of the Lightroom development team) to this site. This guy has used the SDK in Lightroom 1.3 to produce export modules for Flickr, Smugmug and Zenfolio (not familiar with this). Although they're still beta and clearly have some rough edges, I took the link from Nack's blog as a bit of an endorsement and based on some fairly rudimentary testing (Flickr only), I'm quite impressed.
I think I can also fairly safely say, that there is no obvious risk to experiment here - in the worst case, just delete the folder - but form your own judgement and 'caveat emptor'.

Re: Flickr / Smugmug plugin for Lightroom

This looks cool, thanks for sharing. Perhaps I'm being thick though but how do I get this to work? I've downloaded the flickr plugin folder - where do I put this? I've put it into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 1.3\moxplugins - is that the right place?

Re: Flickr / Smugmug plugin for Lightroom

Have a look at the linked site for a good description of how to install.
For me it was C:\documents and settings\username\application data\adobe\lightroom\modules\.....and then drop in the extracted folder. Note that you need to create the 'modules' folder.

Thanks Colin. It works for me now. And it's excellent; it will save me loads of time.

Re: Flickr / Smugmug plugin for Lightroom

This might be a good alternative.
I currently use Lightroom to edit my photos in RAW, then once i have done what i needed to them i export them to my "gallery" on my HD.
I also have PIcassa up and running and it detects the new photo almost instantly.
So then when i have adited all my photos i can bulk upload them to Smugmug through the Smugmug addon in Picassa.
