Photo software?

Can someone recommend what software to use for messing about with digital pics nothing too complicated .....
I have Picasa but that is very limited and Jasc which is a little daunting.
Basically for simple resizing albiet up or down and maybe a little tweaking of the colours...More important..Resizing.
Thank's

Re: Photo software?

I would have thought Picasa would do all that, does it not.
Otherwise to pay,
Adobe Photoshop elements ( buy any version, even version 2 is great )
or ACDsee maybe.

Re: Photo software?

Another good free app is IrfanView. It has a good batch resize feature.

I'll second this, it's simple easy and free (and maintains good quality)

Agreed, and it does it very well, and very easily.

If it is functionality beyond that list though, then either PE6 or Corel PSP X2 would be good candidates.
