What Compact Flash for Nikon D70?

I intend to by a reputable make from a reputable seller, as I've heard about re-branded cards. I'm not sure about size and speed, as I don't know how often these things fail, and I don't know at what point the cards are faster than my camera needs - eg, would a Sandisk Extreme IV be no different to their Extreme III?

And do different sized cards (from the same manufacturer etc) have the same fail rate, or do larger cards fail more? If the fail rate is the same, should I stick to something like 2Gb cards, just so I lose less if it does fail?

I intend to shoot in RAW (although up to now I've always used the largest jpeg files, as I can't yet use photoshop properly, and I've only had a 512Mb card).

Many thanks

Sandisk Extreme III , from a reputable dealer.

No speed advantage in going for the IV. I'd say for a D70 a 4Gb card would be a good choice.
