Reputable online sources to buy a DSLR?

I was ready to buy from Amazon.co.uk but then saw mention of a 50pound cashback offer and saw it on one online store for the Canon 400D. Can someone point me to a reputable online retailer and also how does this cashback offer work?

Thanks

Best deal of the day appears to be Currys! (assuming the discount code works)

There's then the £50 cashback on top

Re: Reputable online sources to buy a DSLR?

You cut out a barcode from the box the 400D comes in, send it back to Canon Cashback Promotion and they then either send you a cheque or pay directly into your bank account....think the average turnaround is a couple of weeks (I can't remember if you have to send a photocopy of your receipt??).

Camerapricebuster.co.uk is a good site that's update regularly....keep your eyes peeled on this site for bags/lenses once you've purchased your 400D.

Ahoy!

Had a look at the main high street players, but still can't beat OneStop Digital's base price.

I would suggest you send them an email regarding Canon's £50.00 cashback offer.

No Canon rebate with OSD though as they are not Uk based.

Re: Reputable online sources to buy a DSLR?

I think it's a bit hit or miss regarding the cashback offer and OSD.
I got my Canon 10-22 from OSD last year and still managed to get my cashback but I've read that others weren't as lucky though so there's no guarantee.
