Help needed with photoshop liquify tool

Can anyone on here please help me with this, i'm looking for a good tutorial for using the liquify tool in elements 5, or CS3, hopefully wabbit will see this thanks in advance

I think this is one of those tools where picking it up and using it will be the best training you can get. Tutorials are good for explaining what each tool does, but when it comes to appying it your own images, trial and error is king.

The only thing I would suggest is using a much larger brush than you think you need. Other than that, just play with it - you'll soon dvelop your own ways of working.
