Re: Night Shots

Both your traffic shots lack the volume of traffic that is really needed to create a good effect. Just tends to be how it is this time of year though so not really much you can do. (apart from getting two friends in their cars to form rolling road block's then let them go as they come into sight!!!)
Of the locations i think #1 would have the most potential (if you got rid of the railing in shot)

Moon shot looks fine but my favourite would have to be that boat. Good job

Re: Night Shots

These are great. Really like the colours on the second car light image.

Re: Night Shots

I like the second one pete, looks to me as you took one shot from each end of the parkway. I agree with Allymac a bigger volume of traffic would have given the shot more impact.

Re: Night Shots

hiya guys,

thanks for the C&C, I know what you mean about volume of traffic but by the time it gets dark the traffic is a car every few mins , still it was my 1st attempt and Im pleased with the results.

The potential for Lightpainting is endless perhaps using different coloured lights in the same pic etc, its just the neighbours think youve flipped your lid

Andy - Nearly correct its over the A19 a little fly over between Hilton and Maltby a North and South shot
