Muchelney Abbey

Some images from this afternoon, had to take the kids to a Birthday party near Muchelney so I thought I would spend some time with the 350D and only the 10-22, all shot in RAW which is a first for me (now have a 8GB card so have the room).

1. Abbey wall - Tried giving this an old postcard look

2. Barn - Increased contrast and saturation to bring out the detail

3. Three standing

4. Abbey view

5. Narrow stairway

6. Window Framing

Re: Muchelney Abbey

Really like number 4, 1 is great too.

I really need to get a decent camera, I'd love to take some shots like those.

Re: Muchelney Abbey

Some cracking shots there.
For me, thr first one seems odd in that I would have liked the foreground to be a tad lighter - too much contrast between that and the abbey. But still a great shot.

I'm going to have to get my thinking hat on and think of somewhere to take my 350D tomorrow.
