Few from today Scottish Parliment and Tv Crews

Bit of a rush today....Jumped in car went into Edinburgh and took some shots at the scottish parliment of the TV Crews and presenters. Jon Snow is in there and a STV presenter or BBC Scotland woman but I cannot remember here name!

Any how thought it would be nice to show all the lights and extra people never normally seen..............see what you think.............still learning so go easy.

enjoy!

Again but crew

Further out more crew and gear

Another lot of different crews and papps.....B&W
http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t...online/BW1.jpg

This is Scottish news presenter but not sure of her name or if she is BBC or STV

This is her closer.......

Like I said but of a hurry with these today.

Interesting to see all the people who run the show but are never seen.

Kirsty Wark - she does Newsnight on BBC2

Nice shots - the B&W is my favourite.

Re: Few from today Scottish Parliment and Tv Crews

i think you've done well, images are nice and sharp

if they had just been of the presenter then they would have been boring but with you getting all the crew and the things you don't normally see it makes then quite interesting to look at IMO

Thx bubble502,

It was a rush job after seeing the crews there while driving my son home from work at 5.30 tonight....then a 7 mile trip out of town........
get home ....
grab camara.....
extra card.......
70-300 sigma apo.......
back in car.............
back into rush hour traffic...........
back another 7 miles to holyrood............
find parking space.........
walk a bit ............
then try and get shots with annoying everyone................and on top of that of .............me with my D50 and Sigma APO, I felt a little out of my depth with all the other camera guys walking about with 2 or 3 DSLR's and lenses that cost a fortune!!!

But I enjoyed all the lights and mayhem.

you could always get some tipex and paint your lens white and put a red stripe round it

i must say i am impressed with the quality of the pics out of the sigma apo, it certainly seems a very good lens for the money
