Digital Camera Advice - for around £150

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a decent, and small digital camera for myself. Have a budget of around £150, but that's flexible somewhat if there's considerably better. My shortlist was something along the lines of:

Kodak V610, Casio Exilim EX700, Panasonic DMC FX07 and Sony Cybershot W70.

I was pretty settled on the Sony, but it's not particularly widely available (amazon are selling it through someone else, and it's on Pre-Order on Ebuyer), so I wasn't sure whether it was being discontinued or something along those lines.

Is the W70 one of the better cameras for the budget, and are there any that I perhaps missed in my research?

Essentially what I'm looking for is:
Quick start-up time
Good Picture Quality
Preferably a viewfinder
Big-ish lcs screen

Appreciate the advice.
