Buying a Lens in America

Hey,

So I'm off to Houston (again) on Wednesday and wanted to make use of the $ rate Do you know if a canon lens bought over there would fit the 350D - I know they rebrand the 350D the Rebel XT but I'm guessing the lens will fit either?

Nige

The lenses are not specific to camera destination as such as they all use the Canon universal: EF mount or EF-S for the APS-C sensors

350D: Rebel XT : Same camera , same assembly line ( in Japan ) different name

It will fit without "blinking"

Of course now I'm gutted to see there is little price difference even with the $ rate
