External Hot Shoe Flash for Olympus E500

Ahoy!

I'm doing the research for an external hot-shoe mount flash unit for my Oly E500. Oly have the FL36 and FL50 TTL versions (too expensive). I've been recommended a lesser Sunpak 383 Super.

Reviews look OK, but whilst not TTL, it'll be better than the pop-up on-camera flash.

Have seen them for £60.00 in the UK. If anyone can offer any feedback on this unit, and/or if they know if it's available for less than the price quoted then please let me know.

Alternatively, if you have one available to a new home . . . .

The shortlist consists of:

Olympus FL-36 @ £129.00
Metz 44 AF-4 Olympus @ £129.99
Sunpak 383 Super @ £59.00

OK. I need to know which is going to be the best buy. The Sunpak is clearly the cheapest but can the additional £70.00 be justified for the other two?
