I suppose to answer the question you could say the Canon EOS-1D Mark II N (allthough technically it's 8.2mp) but you'll be paying over £2000 for it.
Like the others have said, it's a bit of an odd question to ask (allthough I'm guessing the reason behind it might be for optimal A4 print sizes  ) and you really need to give us more info regarding budget etc.
