image management / cataloging

What do you use?

I am looking for something to keyword my images, maintain EXIF information and then convert my TIFFs into JPEGs maintaining EXIF and IPTC for use with the gallery server software.

Any suggestions?

Or Adobe Elements v4 and it will keep version history as well for your photos...
