Cool file retrieval.

A friend had their smart media card erased by accident i said i would retrieve the images using PC inspector recovery which works fine on my Sd card and my compact flash cards, well i tried but nothing the card seems ok but can not get any images ? when i have tried it on my cards i get 100-150 images back even though to all intent and purposes the card reads empty on the camera ??.. SO does any one know of a very good programme to retrieve the images or a reason why i am failing...

I think it may depend on whether the pics were just deleted, or the card was actually formatted.

If it was formatted then I wouldn't hold much hope.

i have heard of another program called IMAGE RECALL,never used it myself but might be worth taking a look at it.
