Nikon Speedlight SB-28 film-digi?

I got a Nikon Speedlight SB-28 years ago, for my film Nikon F70. I'm told I it's not compatible with my digital Nikon D90. Does anyone know if that's true?

cheers

Ben

Re: Nikon Speedlight SB-28 film-digi?

Hi,

It should work if you manually set it but it certainly does not support the iTTL exposure setting or any of the others that the camera will set automatically depending on aperture, shutter speed etc.
