Image Licensing!

Your images
We are a small business producing posters. We have seen some lovely images of yours on Flickr. I wonder whether you would be interested in licensing some of your images to us to produce in poster form.

We will pay a royalty per print sold that contains your images.

If you are interested would you please email me at the email address below and I’ll give you more details.

Had this communication on my Flickr account and just wondering if there are any pitfalls to look out for and have any of you had a similar thing happen?

Re: Image Licensing!

Ahoy!

I would've thought RedBubble, Photobox, Shutterfly and Fotolia covered that? Personally, handing over a full size image without knowing what the site concerned had detailed in their terms/conditions sounds a tad iffy. I'd like to see the T&C's first with comissions paid and what type of license was being offered.
