Recommend a wireless remote?

Hi all,

Welcome your feedback on wireless remotes. This would be for a D300 but any lessons learnt you have would be helpful.

I do not - sorry would not - want to pay the three figures sum for the Nikon version. Which ones have you used, recommend, should avoid?

What features are useful/useless? Even though some say 100m, what is the realistic distance they operate?

Re: Recommend a wireless remote?

I got the phottix one off ebay (HK seller). About £15 and never let me down yet.

Cheers both, that's a decent pair of recommendations.

Re: Recommend a wireless remote?

I was looking around for this and also have ordered the Phottix as well for my D300s. All the user reviews I read were only positive. You can't go wrong with that... Excellent Choice..
