I bought a camera, LX3, from these people and it arrived a week later later and then I ordered some accessories which arrived quite promptly. However having returned some items back and requested a refund, I have heard nothing.

Their phone doesn't answer and they don't reply to emails. I've had to refer this to Visa. Has anybody else had a similar experience?

I think any potential customers would be taking a big risk ordering from this company.
