Finepix S7000... recommended memory card?

... dug out my old S7000 and been reminded of the consistently high-quality shots it gives me. But need to upgrade the memory card as the old CF is only giving me about 10MB/s read and write.

Have read of hit and miss compatibility issues with CF cards, so wondering if anyone can recommend a relatively fast card? Needs to be at least 2GB.
