Conwy Castle by Night

Not Brilliant both photographically - composition is off, verticals and horizontals need sorting but Just wanted to show how impressed I was with the 450D noise handling factor at 1600 ISO Both shots are Handheld. Needless to say I was sort of slightly impressed

1: Straight out the camera

2:Second PP attempt on this one

I also think the first one is best. I like the lights shinning up the Green.

Re: Conwy Castle by Night

Thanks, Granted the second was just a quick PP effort and first was "as seen"

Heres another quick process of a different View

Re: Conwy Castle by Night

I also think the first shot is the best one. The latest addition looks a bit soft to me, maybe a bit of shake?

Yep John- extremely likely- no remote- so more than likely from button push.

Thanks

Re: Conwy Castle by Night

just commented on the latest on flickr. Didn't spot the softness there.

Just keep it smaller where it can't be seen.

Re: Conwy Castle by Night

I deliberately didn't want light trails so it just went for a 4 second exposure..

I did do some longer 20-30 second ones but they just blew too much with the street lights

Thanks anyway.

Denno
