Some E-Type Jag Pics

Hired an E-Type as a surprise for my Dad's 60th Birthday yesterday, below are a few pics :

I love those cars, you just don't seem them anymore .. especially in Spain

Now if you had hired a Shelby AC Cobra I would have been printing the photos out to stick over my wifes picture I keep in the wallet ....

The one of the rear is superb mate.
Is that indicative of the paint colour? Looks sort of petrol blue/green.
My dad's coming up for 60 and I know he'd be like a kid if he could get his hands on one. I think for alot of blokes that age, it is THE car. That said, the older I get, the more I see the attraction.

I run the pic through "auto" in camera raw and it came up with that which I quite liked, the car itself was "British Racing Green". I'd highly recommend hiring one for the day absolutely priceless the look on my Dad's face when he saw that sitting on the driveway, worth every penny.
