Health & Safety my A---

Snapped this today, only had the 10-20 on the camera so this is a bit of a crop.
I wish i had got the camera out the car quicker as the guy was actually using a pick axe to hack some old brackets off the wall, whilst standing in the digger bucket

Thats just about every rule broken there!

Except the one about hi-viz vests.

I regularly work at heights using a scissor platform and cherry picker, If we got caught by our gaffers, or worse the hse, we would be finished on the spot!

Thats frightening.
