Its a very good camera.

I sold 31 of em for Panasonic in Dec, so they gave me a TZ3, which is nice.

Re: Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX33 opinions?

I have heard its a great camera. And have been impressed with a mates pics that he took with an older model.

I believe the TZ3 uses the same type lens and technology except that it is wide angled and able to zoom greater?

The TZ3 has does not have Auto Intelligent but Intellingent. It has the 10 x zoom with a decent stabilizer. I think they are both 28mm with decent optics.

I believe the TZ3 has slightly more depth in dimensions.

SLIGHTLY, lol,, its brick and pebble, lol

TZ3 requires much more depth around the lens for the zoom then theres the huge body to fit in the 3" screen, i bought this as the spec appealed but compaired to my fx01 it was a monster, not so chuck in the pocket, so i sold for the fx33,

Very nice
