Anybody used or tried the Metz 36 AF-3N Flashgun?

Hi people,

Looking at the Metz 36 AF-3N Flashgun at fotosense.co.uk. Its for Nikon and to use on a D50.

Any views on this flash unit? Or any personal opinions from constant use please?

Thanks

Or any word on the company Metz. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Re: Anybody used or tried the Metz 36 AF-3N Flashgun?

I have used the model that fits on a Konika Minolta Dynax (DSLR) . It was a pleasure to use
Prior to that the chap who owned it had tried the Sigma DG 500 ( for minolta) and returned it.

Metz is class.. however that tends to come with a cost Premium. If the Metz costs more than the Nikon or Canons, even if is ( an it is usually) more fully featured the non Camera brand name sometimes puts off anyone but the more curious from spending more
