Hi,

Just purchased a new Muiscal Fidelity A5 DAB/FM tuner. As this is a £1500 tuner with Valve outputs I would like to feed it with the best signal possible for both DAB and FM. I'm not wanting two seperate aerials so would like a combined one.

I'm going to be using some Russ Andrews V21 aerial cable and intend on having no splits in the cable and running it straight from the aerial into the tuner for maximum quality.

I've never listened to DAB before but Ive heard some very mixed reviews so will have to see I guess

A well mounted exterior FM and DAB antenna are the way to go
The samll one is very good http://www.blake-uk.com/prod_products_aerials_ABM.aspx ABMO for poor areas then a larger unit will be better and for FM http://www.blake-uk.com/prod_products_fmradio_VHF.aspx FMO is pretty good if your areas dodgy then you may want a higher gain model FM4 or FM6 suggest you call a few local CAI guys and get their local knowledge.

You might not believe me, but I only discovered that way after I started using this nick back in 1995, when the Internet first arrived in my country.
