Hi can anyone help, i have an alpha 5 plus tuner which looks like it has a remote sensor built in but my remote wont work it, does anyone know if it is remote enabled or not

Hi, I don't know the answer but I have mailed support@arcam.co.uk about my old Arcam CD player and Arcam amp and they have always given me full and useful answers - normally within a day.
