Which Indoor DAB Aerial

Which Indoor DAB Aerial
Hello all,
I have a Denon TU-1800DAB and the DAB reception is poor with the supplied aerial.
Can anyone recommend a better INDOOR DAB aerial, or are there none available, only loft/external ones?

i use my extrenal TV aerieal just need an "F" connector and some coax.....
