AirPlay, Internet Radio and Dab receiver

Hi all,

Trying to find a portable radio that supports AirPlay, Internet radio and dab.

Seems an obvious combination of tech, but struggling to find one.

Really appreciate any recommendations or thoughts.

Many thanks.

Mark

I very much doubt if you are going to see this anytime soon. Airplay is Apple's streaming technology and would have to be licenced from them, increasing cost.

Little point in having DAB and Internet Radio - are there any stations on DAB that you can not get on the internet?

The really killer is that any such device would be expensive and few people would be willing to pay a lot for what can be implemented cheaply on almost any computer, then buy a separate DAB radio if you need it.

I'm after something similar myself - This might tick nearly all your boxes:
Panasonic SC-HC57DBEBK DAB Micro System with AirPlay and iPhone/iPod Dock: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Airplay and DAB should go hand in hand, internet radio is fine if no one in the house is using bandwidth or you implement QOS on your gateway but if you start downloading a large file on a computer something's gotta give and it'll be the internet radio.
