How do I retune to XFM on DAB?? (London)

I'm not usually that thick, Hmmmmmm, but how do I retune my DAB's to XFM in London.
The slot is there on my radio but no signal, I've scanned on countless occasions but nowt happens.....nothing!!!

I NEED MY BREAKFAST SOUNDS!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Whenever you post on the user forums it is always a good idea to include the make and model of your stereo DAB system and the area you live in.
Retuning a DAB is pretty simple. You just select RETUNE in the options menu. If you can't get XFM then probably a reception problem?? Move your DAB system to another location and see if that works. Failing that, if your system has one, plug in an external aerial to it.

Thanks for replying but its a general problem with all my radio's in London.
Last week it says on XFM's site that London listeners on DAB need to retune.....I have tried this, scanned etc etc and nothing!!!???

Both radio's at home and mine at work still show XFM but say no signal!!???

Totally lost

One radio is the Roberts solar DAB.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!!

Find the ensemble that XFM is on and check if you can get any of the other stations on that ensemble:

DAB Ensembles Worldwide | Latest News & Updates

If all of your radios aren't picking up XFM either it's not broadcasting or you're not picking up that particular ensemble for some reason. Just a guess.

I was having the same problem with both my DAB sets (a Vita Audio R2 and a Roberts RD-6R). I went to the XFM website and saw the note about rescanning but when I did this I was still getting silence on the XFM channel.

Then I noticed that there are now two "slots" for XFM on each of my radios. When I tuned to the second slot I got the music back

I had to redo my presets (as they were set to the "dead" XFM slot).

The "dead" slot shows as "CE London"; the new working one shows as "Switch London".
