I am in the market for a new FM tuner although they all seem to be DAB/FM/AM these days.

Whilst seeking reviews on the Onkyo T-4555 and Denon TU-1800 which are top of my list at the moment although I am open to other recommendations, I came across a Sony model Sony XDR-F1HD which appears to be getting some good feedback in the USA:-

Whether it is sold outside of the USA I am not sure, although the second of the above links gives information that the FM section of the tuner can be used for receiving FM here in the UK.

Anyone have any experience of the Sony XDR-F1HD? I suspect it is more for the FM radio enthusiasts but it does sound intriguing.

In my quest for a decent FM tuner I have also come across the Myryad Z132 which is a AM/FM tuner (although it would become obsolete if we finally only end up with DAB only transmissions!) but so far have not come across any reviews of this particular tuner.
