Will AV Amp pick up Digital Radio

Hi there

Was wondering if i have a loftbox with DAB and FM aerial connected (as well as sky and normal tv) and then feed an av amp after it was all split by a wall plate will this still pick up the digital radio or does the amp have to have DAB capability.

The only reason i ask is that i have a Denon 1906 and would love it if i could pick up DAB through that.

Unfortunately, you will never get DAB via your Denon 1906, it has AM & FM but no DAB tuner.

Does the amp have to be DAB compatible then, and can any one recommend one, need a new set up for the lounge as mine is getting a bit dated.

You can get a DAB radio and feed it through the amp if it has a line-in and the DAB has a line-out or headphone socket. There was a small DAB unit on the market a while back made especially to serve as a sort of add-on for hi-fis, amps etc. but I don't know if they still sell them.
