Pure Highway Power Adaptor

Has anyone out there had a problem with the above, particularly using in a truck on 24 volts?

I have had 2 highways and both adaptors burned out.

Re: Pure Highway Power Adaptor

What does the specification or label say on the power adaptor regarding the input voltage that it is meant to operate over ?
If it's only really meant for cars it may only be rated to 15 or 18 volts DC.

Hi Chris, it does state 12/24 volts on the lable.
I wouldn't use anything in truck that dosen't state this.
I did actualy contact Pure about this problem stating that I ran them both on 24 volts but it fell on deaf ears.
