Help with Installation, Callibration etc

Hi, over the past year or so I have invested in various elements of a 5.1 separates system whenever I have been able to pick up what I felt was a bargain:

Onkyo SR607 Receiver
B&W P4 - Floorstanding Fronts
B&W DM601 S2 Book Shelf Rears
B&W CM-Centre Speaker
Rel Stampede Sub

I have done a basic set up of the equipment with some mid-quality wire from Richer Sounds and using the Audyssey mic supplied with the receiver. I am enjoying the results but ultimately I would like some professional help with achieving the best possible set up and with discretely placing wires and so on. I am particularly interested in bi-wiring (or not) and the alternative methods for hooking up the amp as well as the long term choice of cables.

Can anybody recomend a good (reasonably priced) supplier of these type of services. I am in North Manchester (UK).

Thanks,
