Opus (C-Audio In-cognito) minor problem

I have a mixture of Opus & C-audio in-cognito components e.g.

AH Audio Hub
2 x Keypads (feed 2 sets of passive speakers)
1 x Active Speakers

On occasion when I turn the speakers off in room A via Keypad 1 the speakers in room B turn off as well, however, this never happens vice-versa.

Anyone come across this problem

Rgds
