VGA/composite to Component conversion

Hello,

I would like to connect a CCTV dvr into a video distribution matrix. The DVR outputs video as vga or composite but the video distribution matrix only accepts and distributes component video. Can anyone advice me how best to go about converting the dvr signal into component.
