house cabled up in cat5e - whats next?

Ok just fill you in with the details, i'm an electrician not an AV installer that has cabled up a house for future distibution of HD tv at 1080p.
each tv point has 3 cat 5e going back to a central hub (office), all runs less than 30m
2 digital coax going to a hub in the loft this is already distributed through a triax system

the office is going to house HD sky+, PS3, DVD player / storage system and this will be distributed throughout.

The customer was going to research which system to install and do the rest himself but hasn't had the time so i've been brought back in to source and sort this out.

In an ideal world the system should be future proof and upgradeable. I've not been given a budget its really down to the choices available.
