Angry Techtronics Stress

Techtronics have told me that the RPTV that was allocated to me has been recalled by Sony due to a convergence fault!!!!

Sony KP44PS2

Anyone know of this!!!

They have over 1500ukp of mine now and told me to cancle the order by sending them an email and to expect a refund in 7-10 days!!!!!

I never received this TV, I ordered 2 weeks ago and they tell me now.

Legally do I have to wait upto 30 days to receive a refund?
As far as Im aware a sale never really took place as I did not receive goods, but Im no expert.

The customer service at Techtronics is a circus too. I must have left 50 messages over the last week, 20-25 just today. They never phoned me back to give me any information about my order. Sorry they phoned me once to confirm my CC details.

I would argue the refund is due as of now.

refund - eventually

My experience with Techtronics suggest that, to get your refund, make a nuisance of yourself, recruit your card company and persevere, but even then, don't expect it quicker than a month...

Komplett

I ordered a Panny AE100 on Tuesday.
It should arrive today, at least that is what they told me.

Still have not got refund from Techtronics.

I figured that they couldnt be that bad, after reading some posts about them on different forums, so I ordered with them. But they really are that bad, I could go on and on about their customer service, I really was not impressed.

I will never order from them again, they made me feel ill.

As long as you paid for it with your credit card, give them a call (the card people) and tell them that you have not received any goods and to with hold payment. Ask them to get involved in pressuring techtronics.

I had a problem getting a refund from komplett. It took about 3 weeks from the point they said they had issued the refund which I think was about a week too late anyway.

But, so long as it's on the credit card and it hasn't gone past your statement date it's ok because you haven't actually had to pay for it.
