M15 was a Japanese chassis, perhaps built in Malaysia or Japan.
In Europe, Euro 1 was the first digital Panasonic TV chassis (1993) and hence the first to provide a software service mode. It used an ITT-Intermetal chip set; current models use the Micronas chip set which is a later generation of the family.
The M15 was most likely an analogue chassis, so any adjustments would be via preset controls inside the TV. Many designs of this vintage only provided adjustment of the main (50Hz) mode; the 60Hz mode was rarely used at the time and was provided as almost a 'free extra', so may not be adjustable.
You may have to maladjust the 50Hz mode to get the best 50/60Hz compromise but as you have to open the set up, I would recommend that you leave it alone.
