Philips... to much red!

Hi all my Philips TV (model 32PW9763) has too much red, so much it's flaring.

Is it just a case of popping the back off and turning down the 'red' pot? or does this model have the facility to use a service remote to adjust the colours individually?

Please help me... im seeing red! (sorry!)

You might not need a Service remote.

Try entering:

0 6 2 5 9 6 (Quickly)

i+

to access Service Menu on a modern Philips TV. Don't change anything without noting its value first.

Hmm, for some reason the service code doesn't work with the 9723 TVs. Weird.

Under the lid of your remote, did you try pressing the two buttons in the centre at the same time? This should open up some settings (or so I've been told)
