TOSH and Sky+

Just had delivered 32zp38 with 330e DVD and Sky + with good quality QED and IXOS leads. Everything is great...apart from the SKy + picture which is anything but sharp.

DVD playback is crystal clear. Appreciate any suggestions on how to clear up the sky picture.

Does the Sky box go through another box,if it does, try it direct to the TV and have you double checked all connections?

Sky+ goes direct to TV, cables good quality and connections fine. I'm going to play around with the 100hz/progressive scan/normal settings as well as the picture modes to see if that makes a difference.

Ah,100Hz again,that'll be the prob.

My Sky is as sharp as anything else I've got, like DVD and Freeview.

Sky+ is on RGB, I'm trying to decide which setting in scan mode to use. I am not happy with the 100hz, natural seems best.

The settings on M mode as recommended on this forum definitely are better than mode 1 (v bright), 2 (ave) and 3 (dull, but better than 1&2)

Thoughts? What settings are other TOSH users finding best for Sky and DVD?
