Question Tosh 32ZP38 - NOT A SCAN CONVERTER FAULT

I have moved my Tosh upstairs and it has developed a picture rotation slant. Im a new member, although i have been looking at AV forums for at least 3 years. I have read umpteen pages of threads and all i seem to find are people with the same fault over and over again. YAWN. Can someone please guide me to a service menu. SONY's have this adjustment in regular menu's. Thanks in advance.
