Sony KV32FQ75 - can it sit on it's base?

Can the Sony Wega KV32FQ75 sit on it's base or does it have to sit on those raised legs if off its stand?

Thanks

I think that it can sit on base without any problem, but if you have the manual you can check it there.

Yes that's the one and the manual clearly shows that it sits on the legs and not the base - unless anybody knows different..

Re: Sony KV32FQ75 - can it sit on it's base?

I have a Sony KD32DX100, which is cosmetically similar i.e. I can't tell them apart by solely looking at the pictures in the online manual.

Mine definitely does need to sit on the raised legs exactly as pictured. The legs are part of the chassis and contain the internal speakers; they are not detachable (I'm not referring to the seperate matching stand). This leaves a clear few inches under the main body of the TV, enough space to comfortably put a slim DVD player or Wii.

Hope this helps.
