Toshiba 36ZP48 Video Settings ?

Hi folks,

Toshiba 36ZP48

Just got my TV back from the repair shop & need to re set things.

Does anyone have Optimum Video Settings please ?

It's almost 5 years since I needed to touch this side of it (well done JL)

Talking of JL - anyone know the full story ?
