I'm Gutted!!

Finally after waiting about 7weeks my 36in Tosh 36zp38 widescreen TV arrived from Empire Direct. The 2 delivery guys carried it ,we unwrapped it and guess what the bugger was damaged eeekkkkkkkkk.On the back of the tv where the back cover fixes to the surround the plastic had broken arround the fixings :-((

So I told them to take it back grrrr this is so frustrating I now have to wait for a replacement.Spoke to EMpire and they are goona ring me tommorow about when I will get a new set sent out.

Bad luck M8,

I'm waiting for my new Panasonic to arrive tomorrow. I thought buying a new TV was supposed to be a thing of pleasure but it seams it can be a real pain in the butt.

I hope things turn out OK for you in the end
