Philips 32PW9527 Changing chanel

Has anybody else suffered the following problem :-

set changes to AV1 ( cable box ) intermitantly or whenever P+ or P- buttons are used.

Any suggestions for a cure that does not require the set being taken away by a service engineer ( I do not have the black bar problem and I do not want it either ), would be apreciated.

Perhaps it could be your cable box... If it is sending the AVLink command via Scart 1 the TV will switch to EXT1...

Hi
The symptom you describe sounds like it could be the painter chip, the main chip in the tv. If it is a A10E chassis then this is most likey, this number should be somewhere on the back of the tv near the model and serial number.
