Need help regarding LG Tv

hello,

i have had a LG tv for quite a few years now ,for some reason the controller has stopped working i have a universal controller but i dont have the manual to get the code. the model number is NR RI-28CZ10RX,

any help would be greatly apprecaited

If you have the make of the remote control go on to the makers website as they usually list the codes for you.Or they can tell you the codes required if you e-mail them.
